The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions of the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.
3.Provision of the Website and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by webgo GmbH, Wandsbeker Zollstraße 95, 22041 Hamburg, Germany. When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and temporarily stores the following data in so-called server log files:
- IP address (anonymized or truncated)
- Date and time of the request
- Page or file accessed
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
This data serves exclusively for the technical provision, security and stability of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not merged with other data sources.
4.Cookies
Our website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation and display of the website. These cookies do not store any personal data and serve, for example, to display content correctly. A separate cookie banner is therefore not required. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5.Contacting Us
You can reach us via the contact form on our website, by email or by phone. The data transmitted in this process (name, email address, company where applicable, and your message) is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties without your consent. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, generally after the correspondence has concluded, but no later than 12 months. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication). The form is transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS); a bot protection service is used to prevent automated submissions (spam) – see section 7. The inquiry is delivered to our mailbox via our host’s encrypted mail server.
6.Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Image Material
This website partly uses graphical content and images that were created or edited using AI-supported software (e.g. image generation or optimization). No personal data of website visitors is processed or analyzed in this context.
7.External Services
The fonts used on this website (Montserrat and Open Sans) are hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to external font servers (e.g. Google Fonts) in this process. No analytics, tracking or marketing tools are used (e.g. Google Analytics, newsletter tools, social media tracking).
Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection for the contact form)
To protect our contact form against automated submissions (spam, bots) we use the “Turnstile” service provided by Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany (parent company: Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you submit the form, your IP address as well as technical information about your browser and your interaction is transmitted to and evaluated by Cloudflare in order to distinguish human users from bots. Turnstile works without cookies and without cross-site tracking. This may involve a transfer of data to Cloudflare servers, including in the USA; this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing spam and misuse). Further information can be found in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Should further external services be integrated in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8.Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the following rights at any time: access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR). Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR). Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR). Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, an informal notification to the contact address provided above is sufficient.
9.Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is in particular the supervisory authority of your place of residence or of the place of the alleged data protection violation.
10.Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data arising in the course of using the website against unauthorized access or misuse. The website is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL/TLS).
