Robert Fieser brings extensive experience in leadership development, talent programs, seminar facilitation and People & Culture consulting.
His focus lies on designing modern People & Culture initiatives as well as creating leadership journeys and sustainable talent programs.
In more than 18 years and 90 projects in the HR and leadership space, he has developed a deep passion for developing leaders and their teams. He stands by our clients as a trusted advisor and coordinates the Work.Life.Passion. Trainer-Team.
Robert Fieser is a lecturer for Modern People & Culture and Leadership at Munich University of Applied Sciences. He is also in demand as a keynote speaker at corporate events and conferences.

Since 2019, together with our trainer network, we have facilitated as well as professionally designed and followed up on more than 1,580 seminar days.
